rofl-copter……this is why the average Mexican citizen can not afford health care and thus leaches off the infrastructure of our great land…..notice how in the video this very “private” medical facility appears to be catering only to those who might be able to “afford” said surgeons and treatments I.E. foreigners….and i love how the production of the video was apparently outsourced to India,the masters of “medical tourism” …..take care of your own fucking people so we don’t have to..
